

Santa Casa de Aparecida has an ombudsman service that aims to ensure citizens have the right to be heard and to have their individual and collective demands addressed appropriately. This service is based on the principles established by the Organic Health Law (Law No. 8,080, of September 19, 1990) and Law No. 8,142, of December 28, 1990, which regulate community participation in the management of the SUS.
Our ombudsman system is highly functional and includes several contact options: e-mail (ouvidoria@scma.org.br), electronic or physical forms, and a room reserved especially to listen to all people served in our facilities.
We concluded 2024 with a 97% satisfaction rate regarding the services offered. This result reflects our commitment to providing excellent service and shows that we are on the right path.
Your participation is essential to improving the management, service provision and strategic planning of the institution. Through reports, complaints, suggestions and compliments, you contribute directly to the continuous improvement of our processes.
