Hygiene Training with Sol do Oriente

On January 29th and 30th, the employees of the Hygiene team participated in a special training offered by the company Sol do Oriente, a reference in the supply of professional cleaning and hygiene products.

The training, supervised by the SESMT, focused on best hospital hygiene practices, ensuring even greater safety and quality in the care of our patients. We thank Sol do Oriente for the knowledge shared and for the commitment to excellence! 🏥✨

SESMT promotes visits to sectors to raise awareness about mental health

In support of the White January campaign, the SESMT – Occupational Safety carried out visits to hospital sectors to raise awareness among employees about the importance of mental health in the workplace.

The action reinforced the need to take care of emotional well-being, highlighting topics such as stress management, work-life balance, and the importance of psychological support. During the visit, SESMT professionals guided employees and encouraged them to seek healthier habits for a lighter and more productive work routine.

Hearing Conservation Program Training

On January 13th and 14th, employees from the Maintenance, Laundry and SND sectors participated in the Hearing Conservation Program Training (PCA), promoted by SESMT – Occupational Safety.

The objective of the training was to reinforce the importance of preventing occupational hearing loss, training employees on the risks of noise in the workplace, the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the best practices for maintaining preserved hearing health.

The PCA is essential to ensure the safety of workers exposed to high noise levels, promoting a safer and healthier work environment. We remain committed to the health and well-being of our team! 💙
